| VEGGIE PLATES: If you're a vegetarian looking for a good restaurant, don't expect much help from the phone book, says Michael Chylinski, a Fullerton graphic artist. Chylinski was unhappy with information about vegetarian restaurants in the county that he's published his own "Vegetarian Travel Guide Orange County." ... Says Chylinski: "It's been a labor of love.
